Dietary & Lifestyle Improvements:
Adopt a diet rich in fresh vegetables and fruits, especially organic sulphur-based foods (i.e. garlic, eggs, asparagus and onions etc…). Also consume more foods that are high in Vitamin C and bioflavonoids (i.e. guava, lemons, cranberry, bilberry and blueberry etc…) along with foods that are high in lutein and zeaxanthin (i.e. spinach and kale). We highly recommend that you consume fresh servings of MBC™ juices and broths daily. This is by far the most efficient way to flood your eyes with proper nourishment so as to effectively cleanse your liver of heavy metals and other toxic matter. You may explore our ‘Garden Fresh To You’ bundle selections to get yourself started. Consume more cultured foods that are naturally high in natural probiotics and enzymes. Engage in regular exercises that you enjoy with a minimum frequency of 3 to 4 times per week; daily sunlight exposure (20 min/day) is very helpful as well. If the person wears glasses or contact lenses, they should be taken off so that the person can receive at least 20 minutes of natural sunlight through the eyes. The solar frequencies of sunlight enter the eyes and are distributed via the optic nerve to all the organs and glands of the body. Therefore, receiving natural sunlight daily is important for optimal eye/vision health.
Bible Nugget/s To Chew On:
*If you are a Christian, may this verse/s help you as they've helped us:
“The eye is the lamp of the body. So, if your eye is healthy, your whole body will be full of light.” - Matthew 6:22
“But the Lord said to Samuel, “Do not look on his appearance or on the height of his stature, because I have rejected him. For the Lord sees not as man sees: man looks on the outward appearance, but the Lord looks on the heart.” - 1 Samuel 16:7
“No one after lighting a lamp puts it in a cellar or under a basket, but on a stand, so that those who enter may see the light. Your eye is the lamp of your body. When your eye is healthy, your whole body is full of light, but when it is bad, your body is full of darkness. Therefore be careful lest the light in you be darkness. If then your whole body is full of light, having no part dark, it will be wholly bright, as when a lamp with its rays gives you light.” - Luke 11:33-36
“Haughty eyes and a proud heart, the lamp of the wicked, are sin.” - Proverbs 21:4
“I do not cease to give thanks for you, remembering you in my prayers, that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, may give you a spirit of wisdom and of revelation in the knowledge of him, having the eyes of your hearts enlightened, that you may know what is the hope to which he has called you, what are the riches of his glorious inheritance in the saints, and what is the immeasurable greatness of his power toward us who believe, according to the working of his great might that he worked in Christ when he raised him from the dead and seated him at his right hand in the heavenly places, ...” - Ephesians 1:16-21
“He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, that we might die to sin and live to righteousness. By his wounds you have been healed.” - 1 Peter 2:24
“And immediately something like scales fell from his eyes, and he regained his sight. Then he rose and was baptized.” - Acts 9:18
