- Take up a weight-bearing exercise: Weight-bearing physical activities such as aerobics, dancing, brisk walking and jogging will usually help strengthen bones and improve fitness at the same time.
- Lift weights: Another way to give your bones a boost is weight lifting. The action of the tendons pulling on the bones may help to build up muscle and bone strength.

You see, envy is a strong emotion (it is defined as a feeling of discontentment or resentful longing aroused by someone else’s possessions, qualities, or luck). Strong emotions will naturally trigger the fight and flight response in the body, increasing the level of stress hormones such as cortisol and adrenaline. Stress hormones inhibit bone formation and decreases bone mass. Therefore it is not surprising that chronic stress causes osteoporosis.
